Our Approach
As a Clinical Psychologist, I begin with a thoughtful and collaborative assessment to understand how ADHD shows up in your life — both the challenges and the strengths. We look at what feels most difficult right now, whether that’s focus, overwhelm, emotional ups and downs, organisation, burnout, or the impact of a recent diagnosis.

Together, we identify what matters most to you and agree on the best way forward. This might involve ADHD-focused therapy, practical coaching support, or a blend of both.

My approach is grounded in specialist knowledge of ADHD and evidence-based psychological practice, adapted for neurodivergent minds. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and non-judgemental, and we move at a pace that feels manageable.

If it becomes clear that your main difficulties relate to another area — such as trauma or PTSD — I will discuss this openly with you and, where appropriate, help you connect with a trusted specialist to ensure you receive the right support.
Above all, my aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that genuinely work for you.
