Do I have to have a diagnosis to access your services?

No, you don't need a diagnosis of ADHD. You may access our services if you believe you have ADHD and the main difficulties you are facing are related to ADHD.

Which age group do you work with?

We offer services to adults who are 18 years+.

Where do the sessions take place?​

 

All services are delivered online via video conferencing.

How do I pay for sessions?

​

All services are paid for via invoice. Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Do you accept payment via health insurance?

​

We currently do not accept this method of payment.

What is the process of accessing coaching or therapy?

1. Please fill out our booking form here.

2. We will contact you, via your preferred method, to arrange an initial assessment.

3. After the assessment, we will arrange further coaching or therapy sessions, should you wish to continue. You will be required to sign our terms and conditions.

4. Sessions can be booked one at a time or in blocks, depending on what suits you.

What happens in the initial assessment?

The assessment will last one hour. You will be asked questions about your current difficulties, history and goals. The assessment aims to identify what your needs are and whether our services can meet these needs. If you require a different service, we will aim to link you up to a more suitable service or trusted professional.
