ADHD Coaching

Is ADHD Coaching Right for You?
  • Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to create consistency or balance in your life?

  • Do you start with the best intentions — organized, motivated, determined — only to find yourself overwhelmed, off track, or exhausted?

  • Do you feel capable and intelligent, yet frustrated that things don’t seem to “stick”?

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re not failing. With ADHD, the challenge often isn't effort. It’s having the right systems, structure, and support designed for the way your brain works. That’s where ADHD coaching comes in!

What Is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is about working with your brain, not against it. We will focus on the present and future, and not relive the past. I will support you to build systems and strategies that support your executive functions like time management, follow through, organisation, and regulation. We will utilise your strengths and work with what is truly meaningful to you.

What Does Coaching Involve?

Every coaching journey is unique and tailored to the individual. However, the work will generally include:

  • Realistic Goal-Setting: Identifying what is important to you and how you would like things to be different.

  • Skills Building: Strengthening areas such as time management, planning, task initiation, sustaining focus, regulation etc.

  • Managing your environment: Designing surroundings that support you rather than work against you.

  • Strength-based growth: Identifying your strengths and how these can support change.

  • Building Self-Trust: reframe negative self-talk, build inner coach, practice self-compassion and understand your patterns.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Our sessions will be collaborative, practical and supportive. I will ask exploratory questions, guide you towards solutions and offer new suggestions, when needed. We will discuss concrete next steps to try between our sessions.

Coaching is a collaborative process. It has the best results when you are open to exploration, ready to try new things (even if they may feel uncomfortable initially) and honest about what is or isn't working.

Building new habits takes time and therefore patience and trusting the process is key.

ADHD Coaching & Therapy

Some clients choose therapy, some choose ADHD coaching, and some move between the two at different stages.

  • Therapy focuses on emotional depth, healing, and understanding patterns.

  • ADHD Coaching focuses on structure, skills, and forward-focused change.
